Shipping Policy

At My Dog My Joy, we are thrilled to offer FREE SHIPPING as standard to the USA.

You will receive an email notification when your order ships, including a tracking number, if applicable.

Custom Design: 2 to 3 business days (may take longer depending on demand).
We allow 48 to 72 hours for your response on design approval. If no response is received within this time, the design will proceed to production as it is.
Production and Printing: 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses or customer unavailability, as well as loss of products in insecure delivery locations (confirmed as delivered by shipping carriers), will NOT be eligible for return or refund.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

All products are printed in the USA and shipped via USPS or UPS (depending on order size).
